The luxuriously renovated Villa Sessanella, which leaves nothing to be desired on more than 500 square meters of living space, is surrounded by a dreamlike private park. The tenants of the exclusive villa have the park, pool and villa for their exclusive sole use.

Cinema, bar, billiards and professional kitchen invite you to spend time with family and friends. The facility is rounded off by the 17 by 6 meter pool with integrated Jacuzzi and diving board. The basement and first floor offer plenty of space to live and experience, in the courtyard you can enjoy the evening hours. Villa Sessanella can comfortably accommodate up to ten people.

Bedrooms
On the upper floors is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Three more bedrooms with double beds, and one room with two single beds and three more bathrooms complete the space. The villa is therefore perfect for 10 people. Baby beds can be provided upon request.
Living spaces
The basement and first floor offer plenty of space for living and entertainment. The prestigious living space is complemented by a spacious dining area where 12 people can be comfortably accommodated. In the adjacent courtyard you can enjoy the evening hours.
Fun & Games
Whether for young or old – fun and games are also provided. Enjoy a cozy movie night in the in-house cinema or play a round of billiards and let the day end at the bar.
Culinary
We want to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible. That is why we offer hotel level service. Water and coffee, as well as fruits are available all day free of charge. The price also includes filling the fridge with breakfast ingredients every two days.
Park & Pool
The private park belonging to the villa covers about 1 acre and the estate extends to over 3 acres. The 17 by 6 meter pool with integrated Jacuzzi and diving board invite you to gather and relax. Enjoy here a high degree of privacy without being disturbed by neighbors.

The villa is situated in an elevated position on a hill. From the various terraces you can not only overlook the property, but also enjoy a 360-degree panorama from the village castle to the Alps and the Matterhorn.
